Refund Policy

Aureon Global Ventures provides professional services across travel, IT, AI, and business consulting. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the stage of delivery.
General principles
- Refunds depend on the type of service purchased and the work already completed.
- Consultation services may be non-refundable after delivery, since value is provided at the time of the session.
- Travel planning deposits may be refundable before active planning work begins. Once itinerary preparation, vendor coordination, or accommodation booking has started, the deposit is partially or fully non-refundable.
- Custom project payments (website development, software, AI implementation) follow the agreed milestone schedule. Refunds for incomplete milestones are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on work delivered.
- Strategy workshops, AI workshops, and similar fixed-duration engagements are non-refundable after the session has taken place.
How to request a refund
Email info@aureonglobalventures.com with your name, order/invoice reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, and typically settle within 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so that we can resolve any concerns directly.
