1. Service-based business

Aureon Global Ventures ("Aureon", "we", "us") is an international service company offering travel coordination, IT services, AI automation, and business consulting. All offerings on this website are professional services delivered by qualified personnel — we do not sell physical goods, software licenses, or financial products.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and cooperation needed for service delivery. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided inputs may affect timelines and outcomes.

3. Scope confirmation

Every engagement begins with a written scope confirmation describing deliverables, timeline, and total fee. Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be billed separately.

4. Payment terms

  • Listed prices on the Pricing page are starting rates; final pricing is confirmed in writing.
  • Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
  • For multi-stage projects, milestone-based invoicing applies unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless a different schedule is specified.

5. Delivery expectations

We commit to professional, timely delivery within the agreed scope. Estimated timelines are good-faith estimates; actual delivery may vary due to project complexity, third-party dependencies, or client response time.

6. Services we do NOT provide

Aureon does not provide regulated financial services, investment advisory, securities recommendations, legal services, tax filing, money transmission, or any regulated financial activity. All consulting is limited to non-regulated business strategy, market research, digital transformation, and operational improvement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the engaged service.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
